The Data Protection Act was introduced in 1998 by
the Government to protect individuals from inaccurate, sensitive, prejudicial,
or misleading information being stored or used by data users of any kind. Asset
91 has encompassed the Data Protection Act in full to protect our clients from
misuse of data. You will find on our web site that you are required to complete
certain sections before you are able to proceed. This is because Asset 91 have
to be able to prove to the Data Protection Commission on a regular basis that
we have obtained permission from an individual to use the data he/she has
provided to process an enquiry.
