- The Rentals
are based on the VAT exclusive price
- VAT is paid
on Rentals thus improving cash flow in that you don't have to find all of
the VAT up front
- VAT
registered Lessees can claim back 100% of the VAT on rentals
- Whilst
it is harder to build in a deferred sum it is possible, sometimes a
Manufacturer or Supplier will take that risk, the product then becomes an "OP Lease" (see below)
- At the expiry of the Primary Period, the Lessee has the option of entering into a Secondary Period - the "norm" is the equivalent of one monthly payment for each year you wish to retain the goods. This enables you to keep the revenue and pay a much smaller annual payment.
